"cures." Please read ALL of the FAQ viewing issues on the page. It
contains ALL of the information we have. Some
user issues are Flash related, some are QuickTime related, and some are Internet
related. We cannot diagnose individual user viewing issues via email.
If you are using Internet Explorer 7, there are numerous site viewing issues
connected with using that particular browser. You might consider installing and using
as your browser. You can run both IE and Firefox
on the same computer - even at the same time! If you choose
to install Firefox, you will also need to install the Flash
plug-in for Firefox.
